The wisdom of breathing by aerendial The wisdom of breathing by aerendial
“There is a community of the spirit.

Join it, and feel the delight

of walking in the noisy street

and being the noise.

Drink all your passion,

and be a disgrace.

Close both eyes

to see with the other eye”
― Rumi

Pranayama.
Your choice of the accompanying Rumi quote is perfect for making this work.
For me, the two black patches represent the closing of both eyes. The white
shaft of light is the "other eye" (the 3rd eye, ajna chakra, "thine eye be single").
That is the plasma beam that connects the self to the divine.
What's especially nice is that the black patches also feel like a cross-section of
the constriction of the throat, meaning the white is literally breath, prana, or pneuma.

so pleasure to see your great comment again. and so great idea about the eyes.. it's very supportive that my work share such impacts in which I can recognize my thoughts also, although this would never came in my mind about it. but well, breathing or opening eyes, are for us, in the same spirit, function.. :meditate: so thankful my dear friend. :sun:
