The combined effect of the focus and the light is terrific, the people look like statues. It's on the edge of Street, but often the excitement in on the edge and not in the middle. 
Way to go Kristijan!
comment: This is quite a daring and original street photography. It qualify for street, you have candid people caught in action. Well, the action of watching an action, in fact. The striking part of this image is the apparent disconnect between the top part and the bottom part. So could it be a window reflection on the top and a straight image on the bottom? Anyway, well done Kristijan.
