“A star falls from the sky and into your hands. Then it seeps through your veins and swims inside your blood and becomes every part of you. And then you have to put it back into the sky. And it's the most painful thing you'll ever have to do and that you've ever done. But what's yours is yours. Whether it’s up in the sky or here in your hands. And one day, it'll fall from the sky and hit you in the head real hard and that time, you won't have to put it back in the sky again.” ― C. JoyBell C.
I am sorry I don't know much about flowers but here is one flower I found in Cyprus [link] that takes the pentagon shape. There many flowers that adopt this shape...look up in google images for the petunia, the star jasmine and the wax flower and you will see what I mean
thanks for your time. i search through google for 'my' flower, and couldn't find it. it's possible to compare and find some the same flower, but leaves of this are very confusing in that and non-comparable.. maybe it's just some version
: ) it would be difficult to find the flower you photograph without using specific parameters such as the flower's family. I guess, the flower in its normal or blooming state is taking the pentagon shape in order to easily allow bees to do their job and after that it closes its leaves either for regeneration of pollen or for protection, and that is probably the state in which you photographed this beautiful flower.
